Please note that this Core training is longer as it starts the evening before the first full day and has the option of extending over a final evening and night. This will help give more of a retreat type feel and will allow more time for building the group, for reflection, for silence and for ’free time.’ The meals will be prepared and served by everyone on the course (we’ll make them simple!).

There is an optional ‘winding down/reflecting’ time for those that wish to stay on for an extra night on Thursday. If you would like to stay at Coughton Lodge on the Thursday night please add on another £25 (to include an evening meal). You would then leave after breakfast on Friday 24th April

There is a reduction of £45 for those sharing a ‘family room’ (pictured here) that has 4 single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

The Lodge is a historic grade II listed building and this core training is taking place in a beautiful environment.
